BAKED GINGER & GARLIC SALMON
THis is a great way to get some omega 3 into your baby's diet. It's allso quick and easy too!
2 salmon fillets
4 cherry tomatoes
1cm piece of fresh ginger (straight from the freezer is fine)
1 clove garlic
Rapeseed / sunflower oil
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan)
Place the salmon fillets on a sheet of tin foil on a baking tray
Finely grate or slice the ginger and place on top of the fillets
Finely slice the garlic and place on top of the fillets
Pierce the cherry tomatoes and place on top of the fillets
Drizzle over a little oil and then fold up the foil to create a loose parcel
Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes (or until cooked).
Serve with sweet potato mash and steamed vegetables.
